This promotion is available to all European residents aged 18 or older as of October 5th, 2026, with a valid shipping address in continental Europe ("Participants").
1. Coupon Terms
-Only one coupon can be applied per order.
-Extra discount codes for events (e.g. ‘Spinning Fun’) can be used on all products, but cannot be combined with exclusive discounts.
-Customers have the option to apply a coupon, purchase-related discount, or other available offers. Please note that purchase-related discounts will expire if other discounts are applied at checkout.
-Coupon is valid for European customers only.
2. Subscribe & Save
New subscribers can now enjoy €20 off orders over €300. This offer can be combined with product discounts.
3. Price Match Policy
At Waterdrop, we place a high value on our customers' shopping experience. For this reason, we offer a 30-day price match guarantee. If you notice a price reduction on an item you purchased from Waterdrop within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible to request a price match refund. To request a refund, please contact us by email. We will assist you promptly.
Price protection applies to publicly listed product prices only and does not include coupon discounts, promotional codes, points, gift cards, or other promotional rewards.
4. Refund policy
-You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
-All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
-The 30-day risk-free return policy applies to all item(s).
-No restocking fee will be charged, but customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the return postage expenses in the case of any return requests related to a quality issue.
-Please note that the 30-day risk-free return policy only applies to orders placed in mainland Europe. For more information, please read our Service Policy.
5. General Terms

- Delivery is not available for orders shipped to Belarus, Ukraine. For more details, please see our Delivery Policy.
- Waterdrop reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in the event of fraud or abuse.
- Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that Waterdrop's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or complaints regarding the promotion will be entertained. waterdrop reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion.
- All orders placed during the promotion period are subject to Waterdrop's purchase agreement and return policy.
- This promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders. - Unauthorised or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the promotion.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Waterdrop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Any updates will be posted on Waterdrop's official website.
- Waterdrop is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

- Participants agree to release Waterdrop from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
6. eGift Card Terms
- Purchased eGift Cards will be sent by email after the purchase is completed. If a delivery date is selected, the eGift Card will be emailed on the selected date.
- eGift Cards can be redeemed at checkout and may be used toward any product on waterdropfilter.eu. Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases.
- Purchased eGift Cards do not expire.
- Multiple eGift Cards may be used on a single order and may be combined with eligible discount codes.
- Purchased eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
- During the promotional period, each customer may purchase up to €500 in total eGift Card value.
