Return & Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Waterdrop.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it without additional charges.

If your order has already shipped, your request will be handled under the applicable withdrawal, return, and refund rules set out in this policy.


30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Waterdrop offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible orders placed on our official EU website and delivered within the European Union.


Days 1–14 After Delivery

If you are within 14 days of delivery, your return will be handled under your statutory right of withdrawal described above.


Days 15–30 After Delivery

If you wish to return a product between day 15 and day 30 after delivery for reasons not related to quality, Waterdrop may accept the return under this voluntary return policy.

In such cases:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs;

The item must be returned complete, with all accessories and components, in clean condition, and preferably in the original packaging where possible;

Any reduction in value caused by missing parts, damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be deducted from the refund;

No restocking fee applies during this 30-day voluntary return period unless the returned item is incomplete, damaged, or not in a resaleable condition.


Returns Requested After 30 Days

After 30 days from delivery, non-faulty returns are not guaranteed and may be accepted only at Waterdrop’s discretion.

If we approve a non-faulty return request after 30 days, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Any additional deduction may also apply if the item is incomplete, damaged, or not in a resaleable condition.

This section does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.


Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Products

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at service@waterdropfilter.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Where required under applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

For eligible faulty or incorrect items, Waterdrop will bear the reasonable return cost or provide an appropriate return solution.


Legal Guarantee

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, not as described, or do not function as they should from the time of delivery.

If a product lacks conformity, you may be entitled, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

This legal guarantee exists independently of, and in addition to, any commercial warranty we may offer.


Commercial Warranty

Most Waterdrop RO systems include a 1-year limited commercial warranty, while eligible Waterdrop X Series RO systems include a 2-year limited commercial warranty. Lifetime technical support may also be available for eligible models.

Commercial warranty coverage, scope, and duration may vary by model. Please refer to the relevant product page for model-specific details.

Any commercial warranty offered by Waterdrop is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit or replace them.


How to Return a Product

Step 2: Prepare the package after receiving return instructions.

To help us process your return faster, please include your order number in the package where possible.

Please return the product with all accessories and components. If available, please use the original packaging.

Please do not send products to any address unless it has been provided or confirmed by our customer service team.


Step 3: After shipping the return, please send us your return tracking number.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or other agreed remedy.


Refunds

For statutory withdrawals, we will process reimbursement within the time required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

For voluntary returns outside the statutory withdrawal right, refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal
