What should I do if water leaks after installation?

In the event of water leakage, turn off the water supply. If the water leakage is occurring at the thread, wrap the Teflon tape around the external thread. If the water leakage is occurring at the quick connection position, insert the quick-connect fitting to the end and make sure the hoses hit the bottom of the fitting. Contact us for solutions if the water leakage persists.

Why does the TDS value not decrease after filtration?

The main purpose of this waterdrop filter is not to remove TDS. TDS stands for total dissolved solids, and it is basically composed of inorganic salts and a small amount of organic matter. The filter can remove harmful substances while keeping beneficial trace elements. Please choose Waterdrop RO system if you are looking for physical removal of TDS.

When should I replace the filter?

The filter's service life is related to water quality. If the flow rate is significantly reduced or if the water has a peculiar smell, we suggest that you replace the filter.

Why does black water come out during flushing?

It's normal that black water comes out when flushing. The purpose is to remove carbon powder remaining on the surface of filter materials. You can normally use it after flushing for 5 minutes.

Siamo entusiasti della nostra scelta! Abbiamo installato il sistema AS13 e devo dire che, nonostante non sia un'esperta, sono riuscita a montarlo personalmente con la sola supervisión de mio marito. Era una sfida che volevo affrontare per capire se fosse davvero semplice come dichiarato… e lo è stato! La instalación es intuitiva, rápida y sin complicaciones, y el filtro se presenta muy bien estéticamente bajo la alfombra.
Un elogio particolare al servizio clienti, in particolare a Karina, che ci ha seguiti con professionalità, gentilezza e una dolcezza davvero rare da trovare. Anche nel post-vendita si sono dimostrati seri e disponibili: un'azienda che merita fiducia.
Per quanto riguarda l'acqua… ¡finalmente basta casse pesanti e inutili sacchi di plastica da buttare! Tutta la familia ha notado la diferencia: l'acqua ha un gusto piacevole e pulito, e vi assicuro che qui a casa ci sono critici severissimi 😄.
