Is the portable glass pitcher material safe?

Can the portable glass pitcher be removed? Is it easy to clean?
Yes, it can be removed and is easy to clean. Whether in the living room, bedroom, or kitchen, you
can enjoy pure water filtered by the reverse
osmosis system anywhere. However, since the bottom of the pitcher contains electronic heating
components, we do not recommend placing it in
the fridge or submerging it in water for cleaning.
How do I add water to the glass pitcher?
Fill the water tank with tap water. When the pitcher is empty, it will auto-refill with filtered
water. If the pitcher already has water, you can choose to refill it half or fill it full.
Can the product provide hot water?
Yes! It offers two heating modes: Pre-boiled (boil and cool to your desired temperature) and direct
heat (heat to your set temperature). With 6 temperature options—77°F for lemon water, 113°F for baby
formula, 149°F for tea, 185°F for oatmeal, 203°F for coffee, and 212°F for boiling water—it’s
designed to make your life easier.
Does the product require installation?
No, just fill the water tank and plug it in to enjoy pure water filtered by the reverse osmosis
system.
