Compramos el filter de acero inoxidable FC-06. Lo recibimos y los adaptadores no se ajustaban a nuestro grifo por lo que me puse en contacto con atención al cliente.
Pude comprar un adaptador por amazon y me reembolsaron esa parte del dinero como compensación.
Me han atendido muy rápido y muy bien.
El filtro funciona muy bien y el agua no tiene ningún sabor, perfecto.

Feedback om felaktig omkopplingsventil

Jag köpte ett kranfilter för ungefär 6 månader sedan och omkopplingsventilen fungerade inte alls via Amazon.de. Jag kontaktade kundtjänst och de skickade omgående ett utbytesfilter. Harper var utmärkt med att underlätta bytet snabbt.

Jag har köpt detta Waterdrop-vattenfilter för att ersätta min nuvarande Aquaphor Topaz. Tillgången på ersättningsfilter av aquaphor blev mer och mer knapp och det finns också en prishöjning. Eftersom denna Waterdrop är certifierad kan jag lita på dem. Även om deras ersättningsfilter är ganska dyra.
