Je l'apprécie vraiment. Il fonctionne plutôt bien, l'eau a bon goût, l'idée d'une bouteille amovible facilite la cuisson avec de l'eau filtrée, l'eau froide est suffisamment froide (pas celle du réfrigérateur, mais suffisante), et l'eau chaude est parfaite pour faire du café. Remplir le réservoir d'eau une ou deux fois par jour ne me pose aucun problème, donc je trouve que c'est un très bon produit, sans aucun branchement.

L'eau de la ville où j'utilise ce distributeur est imbuvable. Le distributeur d'eau chaude et froide à osmose inverse Waterdrop A2 a jusqu'à présent répondu à mes attentes en fournissant un approvisionnement pratique en eau potable pure pour la cuisine. Le fait qu'il remplace une bouilloire est un atout majeur.

J'espère que Waterdrop proposera des pichets supplémentaires en Europe (comme c'est le cas aux États-Unis), car ce serait formidable d'en garder un au réfrigérateur en permanence.

Le support client de Waterdrop a également été excellent.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Son principal défaut est qu'il n'est pas bruyant, mais il est bruyant : il fait du bruit presque constamment, même lorsque le réservoir d'eau pure est plein. S'il pouvait faire une pause de temps en temps, je lui donnerais 5 étoiles.
