    Great product. Love the instant hot water feature, but wish the unit had a simpler setup for it. A "hot water" button instead of or in addition to coffee or tea buttons would be nice. This unit is also much quieter than our previous one, which i wonderful! The pitcher is a really nice option for dispensing and we use it a lot. It makes filling our dogs' water bowlbquickband easy. A "Manual" button would also be helpful. Having to scroll though all the settings to 999 is a pain. Would I purchase this unit again despite some of these observations? Yes, absolutely!
