Cosas que me gustaron: - La atención al cliente

Cosas que me gustaron:
- La atención al cliente. Me atendió Lene. Contestó a todos mis correos con mucha rapidez, solucionando todas las dudas planteadas. Muy profesional y amable. Resolutiva. Valoración 10 sobre 10.
- Pude montar perfectamente el equipo con las instrucciones del manual de instalación. Tardé más de lo previsto porque lo tuve que colocar en un espacio un poco complicado.
- El sabor del agua me gustó bastante pues lleva filtro de remineralización. Se parece un poco al agua embotellada.
- Que los filtros se podrán cambiar con facilidad.
Cosas que no me gustaron:
- Desviación en la relación de agua de rechazo (no se alcanza la proporción 2:1. Según me explicaron hay una presión residual que hace que después de parar el grifo, continua saliendo agua de rechazo, hasta que termina esa presión residual. En mi caso como reciclo el agua de rechazo, tampoco es que me importe mucho.
- En la caja vienen dos manuales, uno en inglés y otro con el resto de idiomas. En el primero sí que aparece explicado el proceso de purga inicial, de 35 minutos que hay que realizar (dejar salir agua del grifo durante 35'), antes de que el agua sea potable y para que el grifo electrónico pueda dar las lecturas de los valores de TDS del agua. Pero no dice el grado de apertura del grifo (abierto completamente, medio abierto...). En el manual del resto de idiomas, no aparece el proceso de purga inicial. Sería interesante que esta información la puedan incluir en todos los manuales (incluido on line), así como el grado de apertura del grifo durante la purga y la medida del diámetro del grifo, para poder tener comprada la broca para su instalación .
Por estas cosas no he valorado con 5 estrellas. De todas formas quiero dejar bien claro que en general estoy satisfecho, que volvería a comprar el producto y que recomiendo su compra.
