Can I use this system with well water?

If your home already has a whole-house filter, then the system can work perfectly with well water.

Can this system reduce TDS?

TDS stands for total dissolved solids and is basically composed of inorganic salts and a small amount of organic matter. The system can reduce harmful substances while keeping beneficial trace elements, though it is not designed for significant TDS removal. Please choose Waterdrop RO system if you’d like to reduce TDS.

Can this system inhibit bacteria?

This system adopts advanced KDF, which effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria. With a pore size of 0.01 um, the system can effectively reduce contaminants, ensuring clean, safe, and healthy purified water.

Can this system replace my refrigerator filter?

With WD-UC, the system can connect to your refrigerator/icemaker and replace your overpriced refrigerator filter. With a filtration accuracy of 0.01 μm, this inline water filter achieves excellent filtration performance, extended filter life, and lower replacement costs. Waterdrop has developed fridge connection kits with all the tools you need to connect WD-UA or WD-UB to your refrigerator and ice maker.

How big is the faucet hole?

For WD-UB, the standard drilling size is 1”, and the faucet's base diameter is 1¾”. If the sink has a soap dispenser hole, it can be used directly to install the faucet.
