The filter makes very loud noise for about 15 minutes, quite often. So every time we filled our bottle or glass we unplug the machine. The water does taste fantastic!

I really wanted to like this water dispenser, but after using it at home I’m quite disappointed with the overall convenience.

The filtered water itself is fine, and I do like having both hot and cold water available. However, the daily use is much less convenient than I expected. The clean water tank needs to be refilled very often, and I frequently have to wait for the unit to process more water before I can use it.

Another frustrating issue is the wastewater tank. You can’t simply add more tap water whenever you want, because the waste water container may overflow. So even when the clean water side needs more water, I often have to stop, remove and empty the wastewater container first, and then add more water again. It turns into a lot of small maintenance steps throughout the day.

I expected this to feel like an upgrade from a regular plastic pitcher filter, but in practice it requires much more attention and is not as effortless as I hoped. It may work better for someone who uses smaller amounts of water, but for regular home use it feels inconvenient.

Ronsil - does what it says on the tin. Filters the water and makes it cold or hot. The "down to 5c" is a bit misleading; in the manual it states "between 5 and 10", and 5c cold is very rare to be honest, but it's cold enough to be nice to drink. That's the closest thing to an issue I can find, though, so top-notch product.
