Terms and Conditions for Referral Program
1. Participant Eligibility
  • The Waterdrop Referral Program is open to all customers of Waterdrop who create an account on www.waterdropfilter.eu, the EU site, not including wholesalers, resellers, or anyone who has joined our dropship program.
  • By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Gift Card Rewards
  • If the referral is successful, which means the friend has successfully placed an order, the sharer will be awarded a €50 gift card (sent via email) at once.
3. Multiple Referrals
  • If a referee receives referral links from multiple users, only the referrer of the first order will be eligible for the reward. Self-referral is strictly prohibited.
4. Qualified Referral
  • A Qualified Referral is when a person (the "Friend") who is a new customer (has not shopped on our site before) makes a purchase at www.waterdropfilter.eu using the Advocate's unique referral link.
5. Reward Limitations
  • During the entire activity period, each user is eligible for a maximum of 5 gift cards and one 5% discount coupon. Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
6. Compliance Requirements
  • Users must abide by all rules and requirements of the activity. Any act of fraud or rule-violation will result in disqualification from the activity.
7. Organizer's Rights
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the activity at any time without prior notice.
8. Technical and Network Issues
  • The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by technical malfunctions, network problems, or other force majeure events during the course of the activity.
9. Reward Assurance
  • The organizer does not guarantee the availability or usability of the rewards, and shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the use of the rewards.
10. Information Requirements
  • Users are required to provide accurate personal information for reward distribution. Incorrect information may lead to disqualification.
11. Privacy Policy
  • The organizer will collect and use users' personal information in accordance with relevant privacy policies. The information will only be used for the purposes of this activity, such as reward distribution and activity management.
