There will be no cancellation fees for standard items canceled before shipment. If the package has already been shipped, we will provide a prepaid label for return, and once we receive the package from you, we will issue a refund.


2. If you contact us after 24 hours of purchase:


  • In such cases, you will need to bear the shipping fee if the package is already shipped (subject to our system status, not the order status).
  • The product must be damage-free, packed in the original packaging we sent to you, and returned with the original receipt of purchase.
  • We will process your refund after receiving the package.

When you change filters, do you need to turn the water off?

The water source and power supply are not required to be cut off when the filters need to be replaced. The replacements can be directly screwed and reinstalled. RO system can be normally used after resetting and the flushing process is finished.

What will happen if I do not change my filter when the filter life indicator light turns red?

Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance, causing contaminants to leak back into the water and adversely affect your health. It's recommended that you replace the filter if the filter life indicator light turns red.

Why is the filter life indicator light still red after I changed the filter?

You have not reset the filter life indicator. Please reset it: Press and hold the CF filter life indicator for 7 seconds, until the system beeps and the blue light stays on.

Why does the filtered water taste funny?

1) The filter is about to expire. Check the indicator reminder to confirm and replace it.
2) The system hasn't been used for a while. Turn on the RO faucet and allow it to flush for a while before drinking.

Why is the RO remineralization filter necessary?

Because reverse osmosis water filtration system has a high filtration accuracy, leaving no minerals in the filtered water. While drinking mineral water is beneficial for the human body, so MNR35 RO remineralization filter is a perfect add-on filter offering fresh and beneficial water.

Can this filter be installed directly onto the main kitchen sink faucet?

Yes, this RO remineralization filter connects with 1/4” tubing which can compatible with most reverse osmosis water systems in the market, under sink water filtration and refrigerators.
