Si vous envisagez d’acheter un Waterdrop WD‑A2, je vous conseille de réfléchir à deux fois. Le mien est bruyant au point d’être pénible dans une cuisine, et son fonctionnement est inutilement compliqué.

J’ai installé un filtre neuf WD‑A2RF. Malgré un rinçage mené jusqu’à 100 %, la grosse goutte rouge, censée signaler un filtre à remplacer, revient. La manipulation indiquée pour réinitialiser le filtre relance un nouveau rinçage chez moi, sans régler durablement l’alerte. On se retrouve à remplir et vider des réservoirs, puis à recommencer, sans savoir comment sortir de cette boucle.

Le plus décevant reste le service après-vente : j’ai écrit à Waterdrop pour obtenir une solution et je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour. Quand un appareil aussi complexe pose problème, une notice peu claire et un SAV silencieux sont particulièrement frustrants.
